TOOL CONSTRUCTION
Welcome to our tool shop, where experienced professionals work hand in hand with the younger generation to pass on their extensive knowledge. Our passion for precision and innovation is reflected in every detail of our company.
Our flexibility is guaranteed by an impressive CNC-controlled machine park with 5-axis centers. Here we combine traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology. The in-house programming of our eroding, milling and turning machines with CAM programs enables us to master even the most demanding tasks with ease.
Precision is our benchmark, especially when it comes to eroding to the micrometer. Our expertise covers a wide range of tools, from bending and punching tools to progressive tools, which are implemented just as successfully in the smallest dimensions as in large projects of an impressive 3m x 1.5m.
For us, cooperation does not end with production. We are proud to be actively involved in project development with our design department. This integrative approach ensures that our solutions are not only technically sophisticated, but also meet the individual requirements of our customers.
