INTERNAL SURFACE TREATMENT

In our production process, we attach great importance to internal surface treatment, as this has a decisive influence on the quality of our products. We use various processes to ensure that the surfaces of our workpieces meet the highest standards.

One of the methods we use is sandblasting. In sandblasting, a high-pressure air jet with fine sand particles is directed at the workpieces. This process efficiently removes impurities, rust and other deposits, resulting in a clean and even surface. This is particularly important to improve the adhesion of coatings or joints.

In addition to sandblasting, we also use the Rotofinish process. The workpieces are placed in a rotating drum in which abrasive media such as balls or chips are used. While the drum rotates, the workpieces are gently ground and polished. This results in a uniform surface with improved surface quality and texture.

Finally, we use Trowal systems for surface treatment. In these special machines, the workpieces are cleaned and treated in a water bath with special chemical solutions. This process is particularly effective in removing oil residues and preparing the surface for subsequent processes such as coating or electroplating.

The combination of these methods ensures that the internal surfaces of our products meet the required quality standards and therefore plays an important role in the manufacture of high-quality products. We remain committed to constantly seeking improvements in our surface finishing processes in order to continuously increase customer satisfaction and the quality of our products.

SILICONING

The siliconizing process is an additional step in our production area, in which we use a state-of-the-art volumetric dosing system. This system was specially developed for industrial bonding, sealing and potting applications and offers us high precision and repeatability.

At the heart of this system is a high-precision 3-axis gantry robot that guarantees exceptional accuracy. One of the main applications of this dosing system is to apply silicone beads to metal articles. This process requires the utmost precision, as the quality of the bonding and sealing depends largely on the exact dosage and distribution of the silicone. The versatility of this system is particularly remarkable, as it can process a wide range of materials. From low to high viscosity, unfilled and abrasive to heatable materials – this flexibility enables us to manufacture a wide range of products and meet the most diverse customer requirements.

After the silicone beads have been applied, the finished products must cure to ensure a firm bond. This step completes the siliconization process and ensures the desired results in terms of bonding and sealing. Siliconizing is used in the food industry, the automotive industry, medical technology, the construction industry and many other sectors.

EXTERNAL SURFACE TREATMENT

To ensure that our products do not remain in the monotonous “metal gray”, we offer a variety of surface finishing options according to the individual wishes of our customers. We attach great importance to ensuring that the surfaces of our products are not only visually appealing, but also functional and durable. For this reason, we work closely with renowned partner companies that are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001/16949 and meet the highest quality standards.

Our customers have the option of choosing from a wide range of surface connections to perfectly adapt their products to their requirements. With these diverse options, our customers can be sure that their products are not only functional, but also visually designed to the highest quality standards. We are proud to work with our certified partner companies to provide our customers with the best surface finishing solutions.
