These state-of-the-art machines combine innovative image processing technology with precision mechanisms to inspect and sort products in real time. These machines are particularly indispensable for sorting caps in accordance with DIN 443.
On request, we are happy to check and inspect your items 100% for height, diameter and foreign parts.

"From Laser Cutting to Safety – As a state-certified technician, I began my career in the laser cutting production department and subsequently moved on to the design department. The joint training program to become a product safety officer, which I completed with a colleague, opened up new perspectives for me and strengthened my passion for safe and innovative products. I now head the design department, where our team places special emphasis on the highest safety standards and quality in order to develop sustainable solutions."
